After the Red Army Choir’s first historic recordings (“Les Choeurs de l’ArmEe Rouge”, FA5356), FrEmeaux & AssociEs is now releasing a second volume devoted to great traditional Soviet melodies which includes the National Anthem of the USSR composed by Alexander Alexandrov, the founder of the Red Army Ensemble and the father of the conductor featured in these recordings.
